Abby at Almost 2 Months Old

Sydney and Austin’s 4th Birthday Party
February 28, 2010Grandpa Ron and I had fun watching the (mainly 3 & 4 year old) kids at Austin and Sydney’s shared birthday party at Pietro’s Pizza in Milwaukie, Oregon. Actually the Disney princesses and Spiderman combo worked out just fine! LOL! I don’t think the kids noticed – they just donned their princess tiaras and masks without hesitation! More important were the game tokens in the gift bags – and no one said anything about only tokens being in the bags! I think they all had a great time!

Afterwards, Grandpa Ron takes Austin on a car ride to go see the 4449 Daylight steam engine… Austin was amazed at how big the 4449 is!

Rock Star Austin
February 2, 2010Austin demonstrates his rock star moves with his new guitar that he got last Christmas. Now he just needs to practice his strumming! Grandma remembers her moves also – to turn her camera in the proper direction for the video!

Video of 5 Day Old Abby, Austin and Grandpa Ron
February 1, 2010Austin and Papa share a moment with 5 day old baby Abby.
Unfortunately the moment is short-lived as Abby cries and Mama is ready to feed her! One of the last things on the clip Austi says is that he wants to hold Abby. She ends up going to Mama for a feeding, but after she’s done, Austi does get to hold her. He is doing so well with his little baby sister!

Then and Now – Austi with Stuffed Animals
January 29, 2010Back when Austin was just a baby back at Easter of 2006, his Great Uncle Mike propped him up with the bed-full of bears and put one of the bears glasses and hat on him. This last Christmas break when we had him we re-lived the moment! It just isn’t quite the same, is it!
