Sydney and Austin’s 4th Birthday Party

Grandpa Ron and I had fun watching the (mainly 3 & 4 year old) kids at Austin and Sydney’s shared birthday party at Pietro’s Pizza in Milwaukie, Oregon. Actually the Disney princesses and Spiderman combo worked out just fine! LOL! I don’t think the kids noticed – they just donned their princess tiaras and masks without hesitation! More important were the game tokens in the gift bags – and no one said anything about only tokens being in the bags! I think they all had a great time!

Afterwards, Grandpa Ron takes Austin on a car ride to go see the 4449 Daylight steam engine… Austin was amazed at how big the 4449 is!

Killer Bread by Dave Dahl

The 1/6/10 Oregon City News also had a front page article called A Killer Move on Dave Dahl, the founder of Dave’s Killer Bread. Dave’s Killer Bread, Nature Bake and Bob’s Red Mill are all located in Milwaukie, Oregon, not far from Austin and his family.
