The Grandparents.com website is logging the number of hours grandparents spend outside with their grandchildren this summer. For every hour logged Grandparents.com will donate to KaBOOM! to bringing play into the lives of children. Remember my blog about KABOOM!, finding Playspaces and Julianne Hough earlier? This effort to log outside activity is a fun one for grandparents to get involved in!

100,000 Playspaces in 100 Days!
April 14, 2009I heard about this on the radio this morning and found the KaBOOM! website. Julianne Hough, two-time winner of Dancing with the Stars, and Mercury Nashville recording artist, wants your help finding every playspace in America. For each valid playspace you add to database, she’ll donate $1 to your cause — and you’ll be entered to win great prizes, including a trip for four to meet Julianne!
